Ideal for poultry, lamb and beef, this heat circulation helps develop a crisp exterior while keeping it moist and tender inside. With the added elevation, juices and fat can drain from the joint for healthier cooking - these juices can also be easily collected for gravy. Roasting racks can be bought individually or paired with our roasting tins.
